Jackie Cyr
Director of Operations
Jackie joined the WEB Media Group Team in the summer of 2021 as the Director of Operations. Jackie is a West Texas Native who received her MBA from Lake Erie College while assisting the Women’s Basketball team in Painesville, OH. She developed her skills of managing people, stressful situations, and tensions at the same time nurturing her love of a childhood sport – basketball. Before joining the WEB Team, Jackie continued her teaching and development career for nearly a decade before taking this opportunity and changing careers. She is never too far from a gym, going to support local talent and friends throughout the greater Austin area with her husband and children.
Erin Seal
Creative Director
Erin Hayden Seal has been working on the creative side of the magazine publishing industry for twenty-years and has been Creative Director with WEB Media Group for the majority of that time. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin where she fell in love with all things design, and Austin. When not at her computer working to make deadline, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and hang with her husband, son and two dogs at their home in Austin.
Debora Luz Licon
Graphic Artist
Debora Luz Licon has been working with magazines for over 14 years. Having worked with local Austin companies like Austin Monthly, Twin Liquors, Realty Austin and YETI, she began freelancing for WebMedia 4 years ago. While art directing MUJER, an award-winning Spanish, women’s magazine she worked with Redroc Advertising Agency where she fell in love with designing websites. She tries to stay current with design trends by being active within her AIGA community and is constantly learning new art mediums such as linocut, watercolor and oil pastel drawing.
Jeff Carlyon
Area Director
For the past 21 years Jeff has called Austin Texas home. He began his career in media sales in 2005 with the Austin Chronicle And Austin Monthly Magazine. His current role with Web Media Group is area directors for the Austin and Tampa Bay relocation guides. In his free time you can find him hiking the trails with his dog and training for his next marathon or ultra trail race.
